Logisitics Alliance Ltd has been providing Woolworths with back up, by carefully storing pallets as a 'relief measure' during peak stock levels.
This relationship has been growing for over 12 months and we are working closely with the outsource Management team, providing solutions for peak operations at our North Warehousing network. Due to our service and handling of the job, they increased the amount of stock arriving, which at peak has risen up to 7500 pallets.
In addition, we now offer our multi-use contract. By working overtime to meet the needs of the client, LA sourced a further warehouse to accommodate the rapidly growing stock. As a result, Woolworths has received a seamless, professional service throughout and we have more than coped with everything. The scale of this job illustrates the ability of Logistic Alliance to scale up exceptionally quickly if required, to handle a vast array of stock and put in place a flexible and efficient distribution mechanism for any client. |
